Buying CPAP online during Covid-19
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we have now extended our delivery service to CPAP packages and devices.
CPAP masks, accessories and spares purchases
Option: Delivery

- FREE delivery on orders $100 and over
CPAP package / machine purchases
Option 1: Delivery
- If you are an existing customer, please enter your local clinic in the comments section at check out. If you are a new customer, please comment your desired local clinic.
- Your local CPAP consultant will reach out to you after your purchase to confirm your details.
- Your CPAP Consultant will setup your device with your settings and prepare it for delivery.
- Your CPAP Consultant will schedule a telehealth meeting via Zoom (video) for your first consultation, should you require it.
Option 2: Pick up from local clinic
- Please select 'pick up' as your shipping option at check out and select which clinic you would like to pick up your device from.
- For the safety of our staff and yourself, you will be asked screening questions prior to booking an appointment*. You will also be screened for home internet access so you can be in touch with your CPAP Consultant remotely after you have picked up your items.
- Your device will be prepared for collection and setup on Connected Care and placed on the designated collection area ready for pick up
- Your CPAP Consultant will schedule a telehealth meeting via Zoom (video) for your first consultation. You can also organise any follow up consultations (phone or video) also.
*Please note that if you do not pass the initial screening, you may need to schedule a pick up after 14 days and be contacted for screening again.
