1. As soon as we receive your order, we will start processing it straight away and get it delivered straight to your door.

2. We also offer a Click & Collect service, you can shop online and collect your order from one of our clinic/partner locations that are most suitable to you and at a convenient time!

3. We know how important your Sleep & Oxygen therapy is, and it is essential to have the equipment you want when you need it.

4. Only orders for delivery within Australia are accepted.

5. eShop orders are sent from our warehouses in QLD or VIC via Startrack.

6. Free shipping for all eShop orders $99 and over. This excludes Portable & Stationary Oxygen Concentrators. Zone-specific delivery charges apply if the customer is >50kms from an Air Liquide Healthcare Oxygen location for Portable/Stationary Oxygen Concentrator Deliveries.

2. Choose a pick-up location from our Air Liquide locations available nationally, please specify the clinic when filling in your details on the checkout page.

3. We will contact you to arrange a time that is suitable for you.

4. Standard shipping rate of $15.00 ex GST applies for all orders under $99.

5. Free shipping for all orders $99 and over (*excludes POC/SOC)

6. Delivery of goods shall be deemed to occur at the time the goods are delivered to the nominated street address.

7. Allow 2-7 business days for delivery to metro locations.

8. Allow 4-10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory.

9. A shipment tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch.
