1. Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 11 Nov 2025 at 12.01am and ends on 02 Feb 2026 at 11.59pm, unless extended or terminated earlier by Air Liquide Healthcare.
2. The Offer: New Customers (as defined in clause 3) can purchase one (1) Sibionics continuous glucose monitor trial device for the promotional price of $20.00 AUD. This is a one-time only offer per person. The offer is only available for purchase online through the promotional webpage. Standard delivery costs are included in the promotional price.
3. Eligibility and 'New Customer' Definition: This offer is valid for Australian residents only. A 'New Customer' is defined as an individual who has not previously purchased or received a Sibionics CGM device from Air Liquide Healthcare. To verify eligibility, Air Liquide Healthcare may cross-reference customer details including, but not limited to, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number.

9. Verification and Promoter's Rights: Air Liquide Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
10. cancel any order and refund the purchase price if it determines that the customer is not a 'New Customer' or has already claimed the offer; and

12. Website and Registration: To claim the offer, customers may be required to register for an account on the Air Liquide Healthcare website. Air Liquide Healthcare does not guarantee that access to the promotional webpage will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues.

15. Standard Terms of Sale: All products and services are supplied by us in accordance with the Air Liquide ‘Standard Terms of Sale’ available at: https://au.healthcare.airliquide.com/legal. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Air Liquide Standard Terms of Sale and the express terms of this document, the terms of this document will prevail.

17. Your Responsibilities: By accepting this trial offer, you agree to operate the Sibionics CGM device according to the provided user manual and all accompanying instructions. You are responsible for seeking guidance from your healthcare professional to understand the device's data. You agree that any decisions regarding your medical treatment or management will not be based exclusively on the information from this device.
18. Reporting of Adverse Effects: Should you experience any adverse effects, such as skin irritation or discomfort while using the device, you must immediately discontinue its use and seek advice from a healthcare professional. We also request that you report your experience to Air Liquide Healthcare customer service to assist with our product safety monitoring.
19. Modification and Termination: Air Liquide Healthcare may, in its sole discretion, modify these terms and conditions or suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the promotional webpage.
