As soon as we receive your order, we will start processing it straight away and get it delivered straight to your door. We know how important your Sleep & Oxygen therapy is, and it is essential to have the equipment you want, when you need it. 

We also offer a Click & Collect service, you can shop online and collect your order from one of our clinic/partner locations that is most suitable to you, and at a convenient time!

 

Only orders for delivery within Australia are accepted.

1. Eshop orders are sent from our warehouses in QLD or VIC via Startrack.
2. Orders for delivery are accepted to a street address or PO box.

2. Choose a pick up location from Air Liquide locations available nationally, please specify clinic when you are filling in your details on the checkout page.
3. We will contact you to arrive at a time that is suitable for you.
4. Standard shipping rate $15.00 ex GST applies for all orders under $99. 
5. Express shipping rate $26.00 ex GST applies to all orders if requested.
6. Free shipping for orders $100 excluding express. (Additional delivery fees may apply if Set up & in-home Patient Education Support is requested for Oxygen therapy products.)
7. Delivery of goods shall be deemed to occur at the time the goods are delivered to the nominated street address.
8. Allow for 2-7 business days for delivery to metro locations.
9. Allow for 4-10 business days for delivery to regional locations.
10. A shipment tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch.
