Our Refund Policy

When You Are Entitled to a Refund, Replacement, or Repair

You can choose between a refund, replacement, or repair for a product you have purchased if it has a major failure. A major failure occurs when the product:

  • is faulty or unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description;
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed; or
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it.

For a minor failure, we will repair the item free of charge within a reasonable time. If we are unable to repair it, you may choose a refund or replacement.

If you request a repair, replacement or refund, you must provide us with a receipt or another form of proof of purchase.

When a Refund or Replacement is Not Available

Please choose your products carefully. In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have:

  • simply changed your mind
  • found the product cheaper somewhere else
  • decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it
  • misused the product in a way that caused the problem
  • been made aware of any faults with the product before you bought it

Opened Products

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on opened products. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you open a product and find that it is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy.
