BMC G3 Series LH1 Heated CPAP Tubing

The BMC G3 Series LH1 Heated Tubing delivers climate-controlled airflow from your BMC G3 or 3B Medical Luna G3 CPAP/BiPAP machine directly to your mask. Featuring an integrated internal heating wire and a direct electrical contact terminal at the machine cuff, it actively prevents condensation ("rainout") and temperature drops inside the hose, ensuring consistent warmth and humidity even in colder sleeping environments.

Key Features:

• Integrated Rainout Elimination: Embedded spiral heating wire warms the airflow along the entire length of the tube, eliminating water condensation and gurgling noises caused by ambient room air cooling.  
• Direct-Fit Machine Coupling: Plugs straight into the G3's heated humidifier port via dedicated electrical contact pins, drawing power (24V DC) directly from the machine without requiring external power supplies or loose cables.
• Standard 19 mm Internal Bore: Wide 19 mm diameter optimizes airflow volume and minimizes breathing resistance across continuous and bilevel pressure ranges.  
• Kink-Resistant Spiral Geometry: Reinforced exterior ribbing maintains structural integrity and unrestricted airflow during sleep movement while remaining flexible and lightweight.

Care and Maintenance Guidance:

• Weekly Cleaning: Hand wash weekly in warm water using a mild CPAP cleanser or non-moisturizing liquid dish soap.
• Electrical Precaution: Keep the electrical contact terminal at the machine end completely dry during washing; do not submerge the multi-pin connector plug into water.
• Drying: Hang vertically by the mask end with both ends pointing downward to drain all water and air dry thoroughly out of direct sunlight before reattaching to electrical power. Do not place in a dishwasher or clothes dryer.
• Replacement Schedule: Replace every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if the internal heating element shows signs of degradation, the tube wall tears, or the connection cuff loosens.
