Important Sizing & Compatibility Note:

Unlike contemporary modern masks that feature universal frame sizes, the ResMed Quattro FX requires your cushion size to match your spring frame size exactly. Sizes are not interchangeable across frames. Before ordering, verify the size indicator stamped on your current mask body:

• A Small frame requires a Small cushion.
• A Medium frame requires a Medium cushion.
• A Large frame requires a Large cushion.
• Compatibility Note: This cushion is designed exclusively for the Quattro FX mask. It will not fit the classic Mirage Quattro, Quattro Air, or any AirFit-series masks.

Care and Replacement Tips:

• When to replace: It is recommended to replace full face cushions every 3 to 6 months or immediately if the silicone develops a persistent tacky or oily texture, turns yellow, leaks near the eyes, or forces you to overtighten the headgear to maintain a seal.
• Daily Maintenance: Wash the cushion every morning in warm water with a mild, fragrance-free dish soap or a dedicated CPAP mask wipe. Do not use bleach, alcohol, antibacterial soaps, or moisturizers, as these chemicals erode the silicone's natural elasticity. Allow the part to air dry completely away from direct sunlight before reassembling.
