Important Safety & Usage Guidance:

• DISCONNECT CPAP MACHINE BEFORE CHARGING: Always disconnect your CPAP machine from the Medistrom battery before connecting the solar panel. The solar panel is designed exclusively for charging the battery and must NEVER be used while the battery is supplying power to a CPAP device (no inline/UPS mode during solar charging).
• Shade & Temperature Protection: Place the solar panel in direct, unshaded sunlight tilted toward the sun, but place the battery itself underneath the solar panel’s fold-out shade flap to protect lithium-ion cells from direct heat.
• Sunlight Dependent: Solar charge times (7–9 hours) depend on weather conditions, UV intensity, angle to the sun, and cloud coverage. Partial shade or overcast skies will extend charging times.
