Compatible Mask System:

• ResMed AirFit™ F40 Full Face Mask System (fits all F40 cushion sizes and F40 headgear)
• Non-Compatible Mask Systems: Will not fit ResMed AirFit F20, AirTouch F20, AirFit F30, AirFit F30i, Mirage Quattro, or non-ResMed full face masks.

Important Magnetic Safety Warning:

• Magnetic Interference: The AirFit F40 system utilizes magnets in the frame and lower headgear clips (field strength up to 400 mT).
• Contraindications: Do not use if you or a bed partner in close physical contact have active medical implants (such as pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, CSF shunts, or insulin pumps) or metallic implants containing ferromagnetic materials (e.g., aneurysm clips, stents, metallic ocular/cranial implants).
• Safe Distance: Maintain a minimum distance of 6 inches (150 mm) between the mask magnets and any metallic or magnetic-sensitive medical devices.

Care and Maintenance Guidance:

• Daily/Weekly Cleaning: Hand wash weekly in warm water using a mild, non-moisturizing liquid soap or specialized CPAP cleaner. Gently squeeze out excess water from the fabric layer.
• Drying: Allow to air dry completely on a towel out of direct sunlight before reassembling. Do not place in a washing machine, clothes dryer, or dishwashing unit.
• Replacement Schedule: Replace every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if the internal frame loses structural flexibility, the fabric exterior wears down, or headgear clip attachment slots become loose.
