• This Medium clip will only fit a Medium Mirage Quattro frame and a Medium Mirage Quattro cushion. It is not interchangeable with Extra Small, Small, or Large configurations.  
• Compatibility Note: This clip is designed exclusively for the classic Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask. It will not fit the Quattro FX or Quattro Air mask systems.  

Note: This purchase includes the plastic cushion clip only. The silicone full face cushion, clear mask frame, forehead dial, and headgear straps are sold separately.

Care and Replacement Tips:

• When to replace: Inspect your clip during your weekly mask teardown. Replace it immediately if you notice hairline stress fractures along the perimeter, if the retention tabs feel soft or bent, or if the cushion detaches easily when lightly pulled.
• Cleaning Instructions: Wash weekly alongside your mask components. Hand wash in warm water using a mild, unscented dish soap or a dedicated CPAP equipment cleanser. Rinse thoroughly under running water and allow to air dry completely out of direct sunlight. Do not soak in or expose to alcohol, bleach, or boiling water, as these elements will cause the hard plastic to turn brittle and snap.
