Replacement Silicone Pillows Cushion for the Philips Respironics DreamWear mask system. This is the Medium-Wide size cushion, designed to provide a lightweight and secure seal using soft silicone prongs that sit gently inside the nostrils.

This product includes the replacement cushion only. It is intended to replace worn-out parts on your existing DreamWear Silicone Pillows or DreamWear Gel Pillows mask.

Soft Silicone Design: An update to the original "Gel" pillows, this all-silicone design is lightweight and pliable, conforming comfortably to the shape of your nose to minimize irritation.

• Minimal Contact: The cushion attaches to the innovative DreamWear frame (sold separately), which directs airflow through the frame and keeps tubing away from your face. This allows you to sleep in any position—stomach, side, or back.
• Secure Seal: The individual prong design inserts gently into the nostrils to provide a direct and stable seal, preventing leaks even for active sleepers.
• Unobstructed View: Because the cushion sits at the base of the nose, your line of sight remains open for reading or watching TV before bed.

Compatibility

One of the greatest benefits of the DreamWear system is its modular design. This cushion is compatible with:

• DreamWear Silicone Pillows Mask: The direct replacement part.
• DreamWear Gel Pillows Mask: You can upgrade your older Gel Pillows mask with this newer Silicone version using your existing frame and headgear.
• DreamWear Nasal Mask (Under-the-Nose): You can switch from the "Under-the-Nose" cushion to this "Pillows" cushion using the same frame and headgear.

Note: If you currently use the DreamWear Full Face mask, you cannot use this cushion without also changing your headgear and frame.

Sizing Guide
This cushion is the Medium-Wide (MW) size.

Is this the right size? "Medium-Wide" is designed for users with slightly wider nostrils who require a standard "Medium" depth.

Check your current cushion: Look for the letters "MW" laser-etched on the side or back of your current cushion to ensure a matching fit.

Care & Maintenance

To ensure effective therapy and prevent skin irritation, proper care of your cushion is essential.

Daily: Hand wash the cushion with warm water and a mild soap (non-bacterial, non-moisturizing). Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry.

Replacement: Philips Respironics recommends replacing your nasal pillows cushion every 3 months (or sooner if the silicone becomes stiff, discolored, or cracked) to maintain a good seal.
