Maintain an airtight seal and comfortable nasal therapy with official Philips Respironics replacement silicone pillow cushions designed for the DreamWear™ Silicone Pillow Mask. Engineered to rest gently at the base of the nostrils rather than inserting deeply into the nasal passages, these soft silicone pillows deliver direct airflow through the hollow DreamWear frame while reducing nostril irritation and pressure points.

Care and Maintenance Guidance:

• Daily Cleaning: Wash the cushion daily in warm water using a mild, non-moisturizing dish soap or specialized CPAP mask cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with tap water to remove skin oils and residual soap.  
• Drying: Allow to air dry completely away from direct heat and sunlight before reinstalling on the frame.  
• Replacement Schedule: Replace every 3 to 6 months. Replace sooner if the silicone becomes discolored, tacky, soft/floppy, or requires continuous over-tightening of headgear to maintain a seal.
