Care and Maintenance Tips:

To ensure the safety and efficacy of your sleep therapy, a little routine maintenance goes a long way:

• When to Replace: Inspect the diffuser filter during your weekly mask cleaning. For optimal hygiene and airflow, replace the filter every 2 to 3 months, or immediately if it appears discolored, crushed, or blocked.  
• Cleaning the Cap: The outer plastic cap can be removed and gently washed in warm, mildly soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely out of direct sunlight before reassembling.
• Handling the Filters: Do not wash or wet the fibrous diffuser filters; when they get dirty or dusty, simply discard them and swap in a fresh one from your 10-pack.
