The NightShift device offers an intelligent and interactive therapy solution designed specifically for positional obstructive sleep apnea and snoring.
This discreet device, worn comfortably on the back of your neck, continuously monitors your body position throughout the night. If you roll onto your back, NightShift gently encourages you to shift by delivering a small, escalating pulse until you return to a side or stomach sleeping position. Users quickly adapt, with most spending less than 1% of the night on their back, effectively training themselves for better sleep. You'll barely notice you're wearing it!
Prefer not to wear something on your neck? An optional chest strap is available, allowing you to wear NightShift comfortably around your chest (note: this requires computer setup for optimal performance).
NightShift also provides valuable insights into your sleep patterns. Easily download your data to the NightShift Online Portal to access detailed reports, including:
- The amount of time you spend on your back.
- Your snoring intensity in decibels.
- The total hours the device is worn.
