Directions & Safety Guidelines:

How to Use:

1. Tilt your head slightly backward and place the nozzle tip into one nostril.  
2. Angle the nozzle slightly outward toward the ear on the same side, then depress the pump fully.  
3. Repeat for the other nostril, then gently pinch both nostrils together for a few seconds.  
4. Wipe the nozzle clean with a fresh tissue after each use.  
5. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years can use 1–2 sprays per nostril, 2–3 times daily as required.  

Important Safety Note: To ensure optimal safety and prevent the oil from settling incorrectly in the airways, do not use NozOil™ within 1 hour of lying down or going to bed at night. Do not use this product if you have a known allergy to sesame seeds or Vitamin E.
