While soaking your hose in soapy water is a great start, a liquid rinse alone cannot scrub away the stubborn film that adheres to the internal ridges of the tubing. This flexible 1.82m (6ft) brush features ultra-soft nylon bristles that glide smoothly through the entire length of your tube, mechanically removing residue without scratching the delicate plastic lining.

How to Use for Best Results

1. Mix a small amount of mild, CPAP-safe soap (such as Purdoux CPAP Mask & Hose Soap) with warm water and pour it into your tubing, or apply it directly to the brush head.  
2. Hold the hose straight and gently guide the brush into one end using a smooth back-and-forth motion.  
3. Pull the brush out, insert it into the opposite end of the hose, and repeat the process to guarantee 100% internal coverage.  
4. Rinse the tube thoroughly with clean, running water to flush out all dislodged residue and soap suds.  
5. Hang the hose over a towel rail or shower door to air-dry completely before your next therapy session.
