Care and Replacement Tips:

• When to replace: It is recommended to replace your CPAP headgear every 6 to 12 months. If you notice the straps fraying, losing their elasticity, or if you consistently have to pull the Velcro tighter to maintain a seal, the headgear requires replacement.  
• Weekly Cleaning: Hand wash weekly in warm water with a mild, unscented soap. Rinse thoroughly under running water and gently squeeze out excess moisture without wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat to air dry completely out of direct sunlight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as heat and mechanical agitation will permanently stretch the elastics.
